Making accessibility assessment work across languages
A bilingual accessibility benchmarking platform shaped around usability, audit workflows, and standards alignment.

Problem or opportunity
The product needed to make accessibility assessment usable across languages while still respecting strict WCAG and DGA compliance expectations.
My responsibility
I helped define the product experience, structure the audit and benchmarking flows, and translate requirements into a prototype direction.
What I shaped and delivered
Connected accessibility requirements, bilingual UX needs, and product workflow decisions into a foundation the team could evaluate and build from.
Outcome
The work created a standards-aligned product foundation with bilingual UX built in from the start instead of treated as a later layer.
